Toronto-based Great Gulf Homes is develeping its first U.S. project: A luxury residential high-rise at Turtle Creek Boulevard and Fairmount Street in Dallas.
The 60-unit residential tower dubbed Ltd. Edition -- planned at 22 stories -- will sit adjacent to the Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek and Reverchon Park on 1.4 acres of land at 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas.
Details of the project include: Large outdoor terraces, which include outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and lawns. The smallest condominium is expected to be roughly 3,400 square feet. The condos are being marketed in one-on-one conversations. Sloan declined to disclose the price of the homes
The developer purchased the tract of land in an off-market deal in 2008 from an insurance and investment firm with common Canadian ties. Newt Walker of Newt Walker Co. represented Great Gulf in the deal.
Great Gulf plans to break ground in 2014, with expected delivery in 2016.
