What I appreciated about my experience at LYFE was that they cater to those of us wanting to track our caloric intake, are on gluten-free diets and like to eat food that taste like food. I went a week and was pleasantly surprised at the variety on the menu. The cheese-burger was filling and the chocolate-chip cookies were hard to resist!

Fresh! Eclectic! Great Service! There are so many interesting combinations of ingredients and organic food selections. I would highly recommend taking the family out for a wholesome experience, great for brunch or lunch/dinner for one. They have a wonderful margherita pizza that has just the right amount of toppings. I can't wait to come back and try out some other things!
