As with many of Clay Stapp + Co’s unique, attention commanding properties, just a quick perusal of photos from 4231 Merrell Road has us imagining the kind of person who might occupy this modern abode.
It would have to be someone with a healthy infatuation with the color orange. Another requirement: a passion for contemporary décor (the freestanding fireplace and the nude female figure-adorned coffee table can be included in the price tag). A general respect for large closets with evenly spaced hangers also wouldn’t hurt.
Whoever the future buyer might be, they’re getting a pretty cool deal. The ’50s home was recently taken down to the studs by builder Scott Finfer, who managed to bring some serious sexiness to Preston Hollow suburbia.
Stylish, green home, but be forewarned: this is a whole lot of swankiness for a Wednesday afternoon.
