Attaining her real estate license in April of 2009, Lisa began working in the field in December of the same year. In early 2010, she helped her husband establish CLAY STAPP+CO and worked as the first agent in the brokerage. Lisa follows a long line of family members in the properties business. Her mother has been brokering in Louisiana for the past ten years; her sister and great-grandfather were realtors, and her father made his living as a commercial contractor.
Born in Soldotna, Alaska, Lisa moved at the age of twelve to Alexandria, Louisiana where she graduated high school in 1998. She attended South Western University that fall and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration in May of 2002. Immediately after, she worked for Imagistics, a networking and IT firm, in Pennsylvania as a sales executive. In 2006, Lisa moved to Dallas and accepted a position at Southwest Securities as a broker’s assistant. She left the firm in 2008 making a transition to day-trading in the stock exchange which she currently continues.
Lisa Stapp lives in Uptown with her handsome husband Clay and Baby Slade. She enjoys spending time with Clay’s wonderful bulldog, Ozzy and Lisa’s not so wonderful bulldog, Peppers. She enjoys fashion, modeling, exercise, coffee, and cooking.
