“I like representing my clients…working hard for them so that they know I’m in their corner 100%; I strive to ensure their best possible outcome.”
Following his brother’s lead, David Stapp joined CLAYSTAPP+CO as a real estate agent in June of 2011. His social skills and academic background gives him strength with networking and contract negotiation.
Born and raised in Amarillo, TX, David Stapp attended Texas Tech University in August of 2004 graduating in May of 2008 with a degree in English Language and Literature. Stapp’s name routinely appeared on the Dean’s and President’s list, and he was a contributing columnist for the Daily Toreador Newspaper his senior year. In August of 2008, Stapp accepted a teaching position at Woodrow Wilson High School where he taught English, Creative, and Technical Writing for three years. As Clay launched CLAYSTAPP+CO in March of 2010, David joined the company assisting with copy-writing, advertising, administrative work, and editing the company’s website and blog. This opportunity gave David in-depth knowledge of Dallas’ real estate industry and smoothed his transition into selling real estate full-time.
Residing in Dallas’ Lakewood neighborhood since 2008, Stapp enjoys engaging in a variety of forms of physical exercise, reading/discussing literature and philosophy, listening to music, and quoting Borat, The Big Lebowski, Starsky and Hutch, and Chris Farley’s SNL skits. Oh, he also thinks it’s cool to hang out with friends and family.
