Cheryl is passionate about helping others. That is what drives her to the real estate industry. She is teamed up with Suzanne Stevens, realtor and attorney. She recently became accredited as a Luxury Home Specialist, as well as having been a Certified Home Marketing Specialist for two years, and is a multimillion dollar producer. She has experience in Farm and Ranch, Equestrian, Commercial and Residential properties.
Cheryl has been an entrepreneur for 30+ years, with experience in corporate management, construction, accounting, property management, and land development. She has been involved in construction of 5 homes and ranch properties, including barns, arenas, fencing, driveways, water systems, septic systems, and more.
Cheryl also has a creative side, and has sung professionally, as well as bred, raised, trained and shown American Quarter Horses on the World level to numerous World Championships.
Devoted to her church, family and friends, she often considers her friends to become a part of her family circle.
