Chad obtained is real estate license in 2007 and began working under a local RE/MAX brokerage. With great leadership training and focus on a referral based business, Chad began making strides early on and was awarded rookie of the year from his office in 2007. As a referral based agent Chad has helped many clients obtain their dreams in areas all over the Metroplex.
Chad was born in Ft. Worth, Texas and has lived in many parts of the Metroplex over the years. Prior to real estate he was able to utilize his eye for different design aspects while working for a local event planning company and then on to a local clothing company. Soon after Chad was able to enjoy partnering with a few close friends as they launched their own clothing line. His attention to detail, eye for design and work ethic has bled over into the real estate industry as he continues to focus on client relationships. His goals are to be a trusted go to guy in the real estate world all the while gaining new friends as they all maneuver in and out of seasons of their lives.
When not enjoying a good patio and some Ray LaMontagne tunes, his stud muffin of a three and a half year old son keeps him busy. He enjoys fellowshipping with friends, learning how to be more “green”, helping with domestic/international missions work and seems to always be thinking up some kind of new idea. He also has a passion for the arts; music, fashion, design and architecture which can always spark him of the couch
