BLACK STAINLESS STEEL
The most popular appliance colors seems to change every few years - remember the days of pastel owens? And now it looks like polished stainless steel is on the way out. Instead of gleaming silver appliances , Houzz predicts that sleek black stainless steel is the trend of future.
MISMATCHED CABINETS
While there is nothing wrong with an all-white kitchen, there is something extra special about going bold and adding a little color or texture to the space. Houzz even suggest taking a risk and pairing two different cabinet styles. The result is pretty stunning.
BIDETS
Bidets never really caught on in United States, but now that high tech toilets can come with a bidet feature, they are slowly rising in popularity.
FIREPLACES
These charming home accents - even non-working fireplaces - are once again becoming the focal points of rooms. Instead of placing a large TV above the fireplace or ignoring it all together, people are now arranging the their furniture to put the fireplace center stage.
